WHAT DOES A HOME INSPECTION INCLUDE?

A standard Home Inspection includes a visual examination of the house from the foundation to the roof. The Buyers Edge Home Inspector examines foundations, basement or crawl space, interior and exterior, walls, major built in appliances, floors, ceilings, windows, doors, attics, roof, electrical system, heating & air conditioning system and plumbing system where accessible.

WHY CAN’T I DO IT MYSELF?

Even if the homeowner is a contractor, he/she lacks the knowledge and expertise of the Buyers Edge Home Inspector who has spent hundreds of hours learning the techniques and procedures of proper inspecting. Above all, most buyers find it very difficult to remain completely objective and unemotional about the house they really want and this may lead to poor assessment.
